Men have an innate desire to help others.
We take pride in being an asset to our community. The best way to help your community is to start by helping your loved ones.
Adding value to the lives of your loved ones means making their lives better. There are few things better in life than seeing your loved ones thrive.
Here are the 5 steps to add value to the lives of your loved ones.
1. Be masculine
In our times, masculinity is under constant attack. The anti-male sentiment is dominating the western world.
The mainstream media, the government, and the schools are infested by feminists who hate everything about men and masculinity.
Phrases made up by man-hating feminists such as mansplaining, manspreading, toxic masculinity, patriarchal tyranny, misogyny, and rape culture find their way to the schools and the media as if they are real issues of concern.
Western governments are perpetuating this anti-male culture both by supporting anti-male institutions and by making anti-male laws.
The ingratitude of western women towards their men is astonishing.
The young men of the western nations suddenly found themselves in this anti-male environment and they are lost. The majority of the older men are sucked up into this insanity and younger men don’t have many masculine role models to look up to.
The world is starving for masculinity.
Masculinity is needed more than ever especially in the western world but unfortunately, the typical modern man is an effeminate man-child. A man-child is a liability to his community whereas a masculine man is an asset.
Turn a deaf ear to those malevolent, anti-male powers. Own your masculinity and life will reward you handsomely.
A masculine man is responsible, rational, mentally and physically strong, courageous, self-reliant, persistent, competent, disciplined, and honorable.
Your masculinity will add tremendous value to the lives of your loved ones.

2. Lead by example
Lecturing people will fall on deaf ears when you don’t walk the talk.
Be the one who does things. Life rewards action.
Everybody hears about the importance of self-discipline, personal responsibility, and accountability but people have a hard time imagining the results of these virtues. The most valuable goals in life are long-shots which take time and effort to achieve.
When a person sees a man with six-pack abs on a commercial, he flags having six-pack abs as in the territory of fitness models. But when a member of his family builds six-pack abs, it suddenly starts to appear within reach.
Similarly, when a person sees others building successful businesses, he has a vague idea whether he can do the same or not. But when a close friend of his builds a business and gets rich, he starts to think he can do it too.
Show them first-hand results of self-discipline, personal responsibility, and accountability. If you lead by example, it’s easier for the people around you to visualize the benefits of consistent action.
All my girlfriends in the last 5 years started to work out after they met me. Because they could clearly see what working out does to your body.
The fat members of my family lost weight, my brother started his own business, some of my friends visited countries which they never imagined traveling to.
Humans are the products of their environment. Become a high-value man yourself to add value to the lives of your loved ones.
When you are a high-value man, you automatically lead by example.
You will be a role model to your loved ones. They are going to want to be like you.
3. Be patient with people around you
Becoming a high-value man is not a straight path to the top. There are many detours, mistakes, failures, and setbacks.
Don’t expect others to change in one day. Be patient with them. Achieving things takes time. When you are a success, it’s easy to see the mistakes other people make but always remember that you made mistakes too.
What you should do is to plant seeds of success in the minds of people and wait for the father time to run its course. These seeds of success will not start to bear fruits from day one.
If you get impatient with them, you will kill their enthusiasm.
Let them go through the process just like you once did.
4. Be optimistic
Being a pessimist is the easiest thing in the world.
Your loved ones don’t need any more pessimism as it is abundant in the world. What’s scarce is optimism.
Optimism is a mental state earned with disciplined effort.
Your optimism will rub off on people around you. This will be a great gift for your loved ones.
5. Be encouraging
Encouragement is a rare commodity. Like every rare commodity, it’s extremely precious.
Be the one who encourages the people around you.
It’s easy to put others down. The people around you don’t need you for that. They have been put down by so many people throughout their lives that they don’t need another person to kill their confidence. Discouragement is abundant and cheap.
Almost everyone around you has unrealized potential begging to come out to the surface. Encourage them to believe in themselves and take intelligent risks. You will be amazed at what they can achieve.
Highlight their talents and encourage them to do better. They will work hard to prove you right.
Conclusion
It’s fascinating to see the lives of your loved ones improving day by day.
In a world full of people who subtract value in every imaginable way, be the one who adds value.
The world needs you.
