It’s a proven fact that muscular men get laid more than regular men1.
I don’t even need other people’s proof. My experience clearly tells me that the more muscular I get, the more girls I attract.

1. Women Are Attracted To Muscular Men
Most people believe that women are not attracted to bigger muscles. People believe girls find the athletic, toned male body more attractive than a brawny body.

If you have bigger muscles and you are sure that women are attracted to bigger muscles, you will approach them more. Also, your approach will be more confident. Approaching more women means getting laid more. Moreover, confidence is attractive too, which will add to your attractiveness in the eyes of the women you approach.
2. Muscles Create Social Proof
Women are fickle and indecisive. That’s why attracting them doesn’t guarantee banging them. If they have to decide for themselves, they change their minds so fast that your head will spin.
The only surefire way to make women arrive at a decision is social proof. Women are copycats. They are herd animals. If she sees that other women want something, she suddenly wants it too.
Almost accidentally, I discovered that my muscles create social proof to help me get laid.
How?
I normally don’t date women in crowded places because the crowd interferes with privacy. A few months ago, I had to date a girl in a crowded mall because it was the most convenient way to meet her at that time. When I met the girl, I took her to a coffee shop located on the other side of the mall. We had to walk through hundreds of people for a few minutes. When we arrived at the coffee shop, the girl said: “Wow, did you notice how many girls were looking at you?”. That girl was my easiest lay, up to that point in my life.
When she noticed other women interested in me, it was extremely easy for her to make up her mind to have sex with me. Women want what other women want. And they love to watch other women eat shit while they get the prize.
Social proof is an extremely effective way to get what you want from women. If you are muscular, use it to your advantage.
3. Muscles Are Universally Attractive
Another underappreciated advantage of being muscular is, it’s universally attractive.
Now we are living in a more connected world. It was much harder to travel the world in my parents’ times. As technology advances it will even be easier to travel the world.
I don’t travel the world to see the museums. I prefer to bang the local girls in the countries and cities I visit.
If you rely on your social circle to get girls, you are doomed. It takes time to build a social circle. Being muscular makes it easier to get laid anywhere you go because it creates instant attraction and social proof.
All girls love muscles no matter where they live. The effectiveness of muscles may change from country to country but your muscles will never hurt you.
You will drastically increase your chances of banging local girls everywhere you go.
4. Muscles Help You To Have A Better Posture
Bad posture is unattractive. When I go out, I notice that the majority of men have bad postures. A bad posture is the result of weak muscles and low confidence.
Strength training builds muscle and increases your confidence, so your posture will automatically be better.
5. Muscles Get Respect From Other Men
Men respect strong men. Think of how much respect Arnold gets.
Being respected by other men will help you get laid with women. Women are attracted to leaders. If other men respect you and defer to you, women will perceive you as a leader. As a result, they will be more attracted to you.
6. Muscles Increase Testosterone
Strength training is scientifically proven to increase your testosterone levels2, regardless of your age.
Testosterone has many benefits for a man including confidence, competitiveness, stronger bones, stronger muscles, and a general state of well-being.
Testosterone is the male hormone. It makes you more masculine. Women are attracted to masculinity.
High testosterone also motivates you to go out and meet women, because you will be hornier.
7. Muscles Increase Self-Esteem

People with higher self-esteem are more successful, confident, and assertive. You don’t need me to tell you that all these qualities are pussy magnets.
8. Muscles Make You Healthy

Good health is the #1 indicator of reproductive fitness. An unhealthy man is unattractive.
Strength training will make you infinitely healthier which will drastically increase your odds of getting laid.
9. Muscles Will Help Your Clothes Look Better On You
Muscles help you burn fat. Fat is unattractive. Fat people remain unattractive no matter how beautiful their clothes are.
When you are lean and muscular, your clothes will fit your body. Women love a man who can dress.
10. There Are Hotter Girls In The Gym
Although you will run into the occasional fatty, girls tend to be hotter in the gym.
If a girl is regularly going to the gym, she will have a more attractive body. It’s easier to meet girls in your vicinity.
As it’s easier to meet girls in your vicinity, you have a better chance to meet hotter women in the gym.
You will also have more in common with girls who go to the gym. Having things in common is an icebreaker so it will be easier to talk to the girls in the gym especially if you are muscular.
Conclusion
If you are not building muscle you are leaving pussy on the table. Simple as that. Building muscle isn’t easy but it happens relatively fast if you know what you are doing. 2 years of training can set you for life.
I started building muscle with bodyweight training (with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s recommendation) and it was one of the best decisions of my life. After I built an excellent muscular foundation with bodyweight training, I switched to lifting weights and I added 12 more pounds of muscle to my foundation. If you are new to building muscle, I recommend you to start with bodyweight training. After you build the foundation, switch to lifting weights and add more muscle to your frame.
