The life of an average man sucks.
When you take a look at the traits of an average man, it’s not difficult to see why.
I’ve compiled a list of average male traits so that you can avoid being that man:
1. The Average Man Is Fat
Obesity is on the rise and it’s getting worse every day. The average man is already fat.
When everybody around you is fat, you may begin to see it as normal, as if it’s OK to be fat.
Newsflash: Being fat is not OK. Fat people look disgusting naked. The body positivity movement is for lazy people who can’t be bothered by watching what they eat.
The good news is, there has never been an easier time to rise above the average. Just be fit and voila! You are already among the top men.
Solution: Lose weight.
2. The Average Man Is Weak
The average man doesn’t bother himself with strength training.
Here’s how a modern average male looks.
Strength training provides so many benefits for so little investment that it’s unfortunate that few men do it.
A solid strength training program only takes less than 3 hours a week of training.
Not only do a few men train for strength, but also most men who lift weights are training only their arms.
Solution: Build muscle.
3. The Average Man Gets Zero Attractive Girls
The average man watches on the sidelines as the top men get all the attractive girls.
He is devoid of the confidence to approach a pretty girl. He quietly accepts his lot in life and watches porn instead of being the one who is actually fucking the hot girls. The average man can’t get laid in a brothel.
When a plain Jane pays attention to an average man, he instantly falls in love with her. The average man has to content himself with the scraps.
Solution: Quit watching porn and start making yourself attractive.
4. The Average Man Is One Paycheck Away From Broke
A paycheck is like crack cocaine.
-Felix Dennis
The average man lives from paycheck to paycheck, buys things on credit, and has little to no savings.
Therefore, he lives his life in constant fear of losing his job. His car and his house are bought on loan. The average man lives his life in debt and he buries himself deeper in debt in order to keep up with the Joneses.
Solution: Spend less than you make. Build your own business.
5. The Average Man Wastes His Time
The average man watches 5 hours of tv per day. When he is not watching TV, he wastes time on social media or playing video games.
He is so boring that he has to consistently distract himself so that he is not alone with his own thoughts.
TV is full of lies and propaganda. Social media is for girls.
Girls suck up the attention of men via Facebook and Instagram. The average man is a tool to feed attention to the attention whores of Facebook and Instagram.
Solution: Stop watching TV, playing video games and consuming social media. Be the producer of content, not the consumer.
6. The Average Man Is A Pussy
Poor people fail because of one common behavior: Their Whole Life is About Waiting.
-Jack Ma
The average man never leaves his comfort zone. He is reluctant to take risks.
He never approaches a girl because he is scared of rejection. He doesn’t attempt to build a business because he heard that 95% of the new businesses fail.
The average man just sits down and waits for things to happen to him. He doesn’t take action unless the results are guaranteed. In real life, results are never guaranteed. The only outcome guaranteed for the average man is to fail.
Solution: Get out of your comfort zone. Take calculated risks. Overcome the fear of rejection. Make things happen instead of waiting for them to happen to you. Being bold and creative is the essence of manliness.
7. The Average Man Complains
Ask an average man why his life sucks and he will come up with a million reasons which are out of his control.
The average man blames others for his station in life.
Complaining solves your problems only when you are a woman.
It’s a hard truth to swallow but nobody cares about a man’s problems. A man is expected to be self-reliant.
Solution: Stop complaining and start doing.
8. The Average Man Is Gullible
The average man eats up everything the mainstream media (MSM) spoonfeeds him. He gets his life advice from the liars in the MSM. He doesn’t have his own opinions but he thinks he knows everything. When he talks, he just parrots the talking points of the MSM.
The average man believes in get-rich-quick schemes, diet shortcuts, life hacks, and so on.
When his shortcuts inevitably fail, he blames his luck.
Solution: Avoid the MSM. Stop chasing shortcuts. Remember, if it’s easy, it’s not worth doing.
9. The Average Man Is A Defeatist
The average man isn’t muscular or athletic because of his genetics. He isn’t rich because he didn’t inherit money from his parents or he doesn’t have the right connections. He is fat because it’s how he is built.
The average man is all excuses but no action.
The average man is a negative thinker because negative thinking is the easiest thing to do. If something is easy the average man doesn’t hesitate to do it.
The average man doesn’t believe in the power of dedication, boldness, ambition, and obsession. He actually thinks to be ambitious or obsessed are bad things.
Solution: Don’t make excuses.
10. The Average Man Is Afraid Of Change
The average man’s life path is determined before he is born: Be born-go to school-get a job-get married-have kids-retire-die. He is scared shitless of deviating from the path that is laid out for him.
He doesn’t have any detailed plans to change his pathetic life.
Solution: Eliminate unrealistic expectations, write down your goals, and develop realistic strategies to achieve them.
11. The Average Man Has The Crabs In A Bucket Mentality
Misery loves company. When somebody in the average man’s social circle starts doing things to elevate his status in life, the average man tries to talk him out of it.
For example, when somebody says he will start a business, the average man reminds him that 95% of the new businesses fail.
The examples are endless. Whenever you try to get out of the bucket, there will be hordes of average people to talk you out of it.
Solution: Avoid telling your plans to average people.
Conclusion
Ask this question yourself and answer honestly: Is this the man I want to be?
If there’s a gap between the man you want to be and the man you are, you should be working to close that gap.
It’s never too late to change.
